Meddle if I may. Sometimes things left unsaid don't ever get said. Along the lines of a closed mouth doesn't get fed sometimes, just sometimes I have to say something. Overcoming differences and acknowledging the discrepancies: she considers him her biggest asset and I feel he is the biggest without the "et" on the end.
I'm glad we can get it out in the open and laugh about it together. Especially considering our difference in perspective and all. Or maybe she's laughing at me.
One daughter calls me crazy, the other thinks I'm a fool, and my grandson is always telling me I'm old. I guess that means I've finally reached the plateau of being one crazy old fool.
One man's junk is another man's treasure and I'm sure hoping she has the junk that will end up being someone else treasure.
When preparation meets opportunity that normally equals success. Here's to a successful outcome.
