The biggest room!

When I went to service on Sunday morning I was a few minutes late. It always seems when I'm late I'm the last one to arrive late which really makes me feel like "why do you not get to service on time or really at least 15 minutes early?" One of the statements made was in regards to "the biggest room is always the one for improvement." I know for me there is a lot of improvements I can make to make things easier on myself. Oh yes and he did mention during the service you can get to work on time how come you can't get to service on time? I vow to do better.

I realize now one of the motivators to making it on time is preparation for service just as if I was preparing to go to work. I prepare the night before. Lay everything out and have it ready to go. It is like having the peace with knowing everything is already laid out all I have to do is make it happen. It reinforces when you fail to plan you plan to fail. It can be applied to the smallest element of our existence to the bigger things in life.

After arriving back home I looked up the source of the quote. I liked it so well. I had not heard it before. Being in real estate as long as I have I probably would have committed it to memory. You can definitely associate a room to a home. Here goes:

"There's always room for improvement – it's the biggest room in the house." — Louise Heath Leber

I'll be continually working on getting the biggest room in my house in order.
